For those of you who would like a listing of just the questions from the previous page they are listed below.  We provided answers to give an idea they type of qualifications you may require for your electrical service needs.

TEN QUESTIONS to ask the technician or company that is going to work at your facility:

  1. Are you certified by an independent agency for electrical testing?

  2. Are you willing to come to my facility to look at my equipment before you quote the job?

  3. Are you willing to manage a job without the assistance of our facility personnel?

  4. Where did you learn to work on this type of equipment?

  5. Is your test equipment state of the art, well-maintained, calibrated and traceable to NIST?

  6. If you run into difficulties or come across a problem what type of resources do you have available?

  7. Do you ever turn down work if it falls out of your area of expertise?

  8. If you cannot do the work will you refer me to someone whom can, even if it is a competitor?

  9. Will your job report be available within one week of the completion of the job?

  1. Do you have a web site that provides an easy way for me to contact you and provides useful information?
